JUST STAND UP [LIVE]

Thank God for cable! I was really anticipating to see the divas perform. The number gave me chills! Though it wasn't quite what i expected to see, it certainly didn't disappoint. Leann and Melissa Etheridge wasn't around but Nicole Scherzinger was. (is that how her last name's supposed to be spelled? haha!) Well anyways, here's the clip from their performance.




And oh, btw, Miley's part, still for me, didn't quite fit in. I mean, c'mon let's face it, all of them are already established divas with great voices to match but her's was just 'thru whatevah!' Haha! I'm no Miley hater, in fact, I really like her, but she just seemed to be out of place among those performers. Well maybe they needed her to catch the young audiences for the cause which is totally not a bad thing at all. :]

Anyhoo, according to lye (my dear friend).. watch out for OUR performances for Stand Up 4 AIDS! lol! just kidding! cheer-ree-yoos!

ANTICIPATION

two of my fave artists are releasing their new albums this november.. on the same date, nov.13.. and i am so darn excited!!! i simply cannot wait to get me a copy!

Celine Dion, my idol, diva, icon, fave artist of all time, is finally releasing her latest english album, Taking Chances! I've been a super big fan ever since she released Falling Into You, and have been very religious in purchasing her albums, so far.. her music didn't fail to impress me...

i love sappy songs, but hers are different, i feel like, she's one of the few artist left, who sings relevant songs, songs that provide meanings.. well anyways..

this time around, i've heard this album's a breakout from what celine's music usually is, which is quite obvious as what the title of the album suggests! It's carrier single, taking chances, a revival from the band platinum weird's such a great track, showcases her versatility as an artists and of course her awesome range.. i am soo excited!! i know someone else is.. di ba krummy?! ehe.. ;p

Another album i'm soo excited about is, As I Am by Alicia Keys! It has been like what...uhh.. 2 years? since her last album Unplugged.. and i'm guessing her latest album's gonna be huge! considering that No One, the carrying single's already hitting the charts at no.1 ..

i'm so in love with No One! Such an amazing track.. hypnotic! haha.. ;p

well anyways, all i can say is.. "no one.. no one.. no one.. can get in the way of me buying these albums!" hahaha..

ps: one thing i've noticed... what's up with the big hair?! hehehe..
